You make sure everyone’s where they should be, when they should be, working on what they should be. Managing the agency’s creative processes in an efficient yet inspirational way, you help to protect the creative integrity and quality of the agency’s output.

You are an organiser and influencer, using internal briefing frameworks to drive dynamic creative outputs. Familiar with complicated or demanding briefs you know just how to resource against them and make sure everyone’s on the same page.

You work hard to build strong internal relationships and you’ve always got time for your team, no matter how junior. Sharing updates and knowledge, you make sure everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet.

You will:

  • Ensure sufficient resource is in place on a daily basis to meet the demands of the agency
  • Closely monitor the progress of each job against deadline
  • Maintain a robust interface between account handling and studio
  • Work alongside creative leads to enforce quality control measures
  • Coach creative team members as appropriate to ensure that best practice and internal processes are adhered to
  • Work with account handlers to ensure the correct number of hours are budgeted for each job
  • Monitor progress of work to brief, ensuring that work is carried out within allotted time
  • Enforce robust quality control procedures to get it ‘right first time’

You Have:

  • Worked in agency for a minimum of 3 years
  • Have worked in a similar trafficking or studio management role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence in use of Microsoft packages.
