Temporary Project Design Manager
(3 Month Contract)

DESIGN AND WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT IS YOUR PASSION

You make sure everyone’s where they should be, when they should be, working on what they should be. Project managing the agency’s design processes for a large-scale project in an organised yet creative way, you help to protect the pace and quality of the agency’s output.

We’re on the lookout for a Project Design Manager for a 3-month temporary contract in a high energy, global sports marketing team. You will be a confident presenter, with client contact in regular weekly meetings. You will have a keen eye for design and understanding of how to operate in the following software applications:

  • Adobe
  • InDesign
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator

Yes, you’re creative, but you’re also commercially minded, with a good handle on process. You understand the importance of project prioritisation and always find a way to meet client demands without compromising on the quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivery of 2 global toolkits, with over 800 touchpoints to be set in a predetermined design template
  • Manage the briefs, work flow and sign off process of a team of up to 8 Designers and Artworkers
  • You will need to understand and follow comprehensive brand guidelines for design and build across web, social, motion and print
  • there will be key stakeholder meetings with the creative, art direction, copy and client service teams as you liaise through photo shoots – through to final toolkit delivery
  • As a homebased role, communication is key and you will need to display strong communication skills

You will report into our Head of Design and Client Business Unit Director whilst in the temporary position.
