Artworker
We’re looking for an experienced Artworker to join our creative team, helping turn strong ideas into production-ready assets across print, digital and marketing communications. Working closely with designers, account teams and production partners, you’ll ensure every deliverable is accurate, on brand and ready to go live.
This role suits someone who enjoys the detail as much as the creative process. You’ll have a sharp eye for quality, a methodical approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects while working to tight deadlines. Above all, you’ll take pride in delivering polished, high-quality work that meets both creative and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, amend, and finalise artwork for print and digital production.
- Interpret design concepts and adapt creative assets across multiple formats, channels, and specifications.
- Ensure all artwork is technically correct, production-ready, and meets brand guidelines.
- Carry out thorough quality control checks, including copy accuracy, dimensions, colour management, image resolution, and legal requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate with designers, account managers, printers, developers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Troubleshoot artwork and production issues, identifying solutions proactively.
- Create and maintain templates, artwork standards, and production processes.
- Support and mentor junior artworkers where required.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, software developments, and production techniques.
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in an artwork, production, or studio role.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, including
pre-press, colour management, and file preparation.
- Experience working within an agency environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads effectively.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A working knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is an advantage.
- The ideal candidate will have artworking and a level of 3D knowledge.
