It has come to our attention that individuals or entities falsely presenting themselves as “Savvy Customer Services,” “Savvy Customer Support,” or “Savvy London Ltd” are attempting to impersonate Savvy, the marketing agency behind getsavvy.com.

We wish to clarify that these parties are in no way affiliated with Savvy, our organisation, or our legitimate operations. This is a case of identity and brand cloning.

We have reported this infringement to the appropriate platform owners and customer service departments. However, to protect yourself, we strongly recommend that you:

• Avoid engaging with these individuals or entities.
• Do not respond to their emails or communications.
• Refrain from sharing any personal or financial information with them.
