The Winking Pig

Mixers are now considered as important a component as the spirit when it comes to the perfect serve and consumers are looking for an aspirational and unique mixer rather than relying on a tried and trusted traditional brand. To coincide with this Britvic relaunched their mixers range and the challenge was to drive reappraisal.

To engage the trade and to eliminate any preconceptions we took a leading presence in Europe’s largest cocktail event; London Cocktail Week

We created a bar brand ‘The Winking Pig’; a purpose built bar based on a premium East End pub allowing us to be positively received in an environment where corporate branding can be off-putting. The bar and surrounding drinking area was built from scratch.

The cocktail menu showcased 12 bespoke cocktails, carefully crafted with guidance from industry experts. Each cocktail used premium glassware with each perfect serve finished with unique garnishes. Cocktail sales generated £3,000 for Hospitality action.

The Winking Pig bar served over 2000 cocktails over the course of the week successfully securing trade custom and press coverage in several publications including The Grocer and Marketing Week.
